The Dell Flathead Server rubber fan mount will accommodate most 25, 32 and 38mm width fans. The primary function of the Flathead Rubber Fan Mounts is to dampen and reduce the vibration that emanates from the fan transmitting sound throughout the computer case, thus eliminating the need for hardware fasteners.
